Lodging

Onsite Lodging Options

There are multiple dwellings on-site that each have their own unique characteristics. Information for each dwelling option can be found on the on site lodging registration form.

**Rooms are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and are only available to be booked for the entire 3-day stay (check in Friday and Check out Monday morning).

You must coordinate your own room-shares for shared double rooms. One party must pay the entire fee with their registration and supply the name of the person they will be sharing with. The non-paying person must specify who the paying-party is for their room.

There are three types of rooms available:

PRIVATE ROOMS are $90 per night, making the total $270 for the entire stay. They contain one bed and may be shared with a partner/ spouse for no additional charge.

SHARED DOUBLE ROOMS are $55 per night, per person, making the total $330 total ($165 per person) for the entire stay. If you are booking a double room, one person will be responsible for paying for both parties.

DORMS are $35 per night, per person, making the total $105 for the entire stay. You may request to stay in the same dorm as someone you know, but we are unable to make any guarantees your request will be fulfilled. We will also do our best to ensure dorms are gender specific. This however will be based upon what bookings we receive.

A 7% Oregon state lodging tax will be added to to all single, shared, and dorm room pricing.

CAMPSITES: A limited number of campsites are available for $20 per night, $60 total per site. Please note, campsites at Still Meadow are basically a spot for you to place your tent and sleep. No fires are allowed or outdoor cooking/flame. If you wish to campout with those type of amenities, we suggest staying at Barton Park Campground.
